Dylan Site

The Dylan language was developed by the Cambridge Labs of Apple in the early nineties. We like to honor with our Dylan Site their view how a well designed programming language can support well different aspects of software production.

We are currently in the process of building up the Dylan Site. During the process will generate several subsites. Here are a list of published subsites:

subsite status comment date of publishing
Dylan Talks alpha exploring Dylan via talks (i.e from comp.lang.dylan).

Dylan Talks beta exploring Dylan via talks (i.e from comp.lang.dylan).

Dylan OpenPoints alpha summarizing open points from comp.lang.dylan June 02, 2005
Dylan Series Series of Dylan related articles started in Jan, 2006

Parallel to our process an original commercial Dylan implementation will be published as Open Source. In the days of the Cambridge Labs Harlequin was a development partner of Apple for Dylan. After a sell and reorganisation the Dylan part operated under Functional Object. Functional Object has ceased operation and moved their sources now to the Gywdion Project.
